Fan Table
We will be running a Fan Table at Dragon*Con again this year.
Merchandise will be sold in the Exhibitor's Hall. The Fan Table
will be a place for messages, information on gatherings, parties and tracks
as well as for various and assorted Browncoats groups and the charities we
support. We'll have free swag and samples of the products we are
selling in the exhibitor's hall set up at the Fan Table.
We are looking for volunteers to man the fan table during the day. If you'd like to meet other Browncoats, this is the place for you! Email Heather@SoutheasternBrowncoats.com to sign up to work the Fan Table. (Be sure to specify Fan Table in the email)
Exhibitor's Booth
Due to the overwhelming demand for shiny merchandise we have
moved all sales from the Fan Table to a booth in the Exhibit Hall. If
you're looking for a t-shirt, bag, patch, or pin this is the place to be.
Shindig
It's our Third Shindig! The Shindig will start at 10pm Saturday
night and go till we're done! We need volunteers to help set up and break
down the shindig starting at 8:00 Saturday night. If you are interested
in helping decorate and clean up email Serenity@SoutheasternBrowncoats.com.
Parade
The SEBC will be marching
in the parade again this year. If you are interested in joining our group
email Serenity@SoutheasternBrowncoats.com. You need a ribbon to march so we need an accurate count, so be sure to sign
up early!
